Hey there! I’m Paria, a Chicago-based artist, and researcher originally from Iran. I bring a fusion of cultures to my creative path. I hold an undergrad degree in Painting from Azad University and a master’s in Graphic Design from Tehran University of Art, in addition to earning an MFA degree from the esteemed School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC).

"As an artist and designer, I aim to express meaningful ideas through my art by leveraging my creativity. I view art and design as complementary and strive to merge the two in my work. My approach combines elements of perception and emotion to create not only aesthetically pleasing, but also effective and intuitive designs.

I experiment with materials to push their limits and incorporate these experiences into my pieces. I challenge myself to create something distinctive and impactful that will leave a lasting impression on viewers. My ultimate goal is to produce thought-provoking art that resonates with audiences."
